The Notice of Race in brief

Here are the basics:

  • All skippers are responsible for any information posted on the Official Notice Board. 

  • Racing under the current US Racing Rules of Sailing. 

  • Scoring is Time on Time.

  • Monhegan Course

    • PHRF NE Certificate - Ratings of less than 150.

    • Classes - Racing Fully Crewed & Doublehanded, Multihull

    • Boats may switch to the Seguin course up until 6 hours after their start.

  • Seguin Course

    • PHRF NE certificate preferred. No ratings limits.

    • Classes - Racing Fully Crewed & Doublehanded, Jib and Main

  • Safety gear as proscribed on our website. 

    • You are sailing offshore at night, you need to be able to keep your crew on board and retrieve them if they go overboard!

    • Lifejackets, lights, harnesses for all crew.

    • You must have lifelines.

  • Enter early and get a discount before 5/1.

  • Full Refunds before July 1. 

  • Registration closes 2 weeks before the event. 

Schedule:

  • Thursday - Skippers meeting & Party

  • Friday - Monhegan Start

  • Saturday - Seguin Start & overnight finishing

  • Sunday - Awards Brunch
